Most events get posted there. Ask Vancouver No 5 Orange self. I have decided to make a trip to the no 5.
Any one have an anecdotes or can tell me what to expect? A few years back me and a buddy decided to hang out at the 5 on a lazy Sunday afternoon. We were there for a quite a while. There was this one lap dance girl who was completely stunning and absolutely my type. I'm guessing she was new to this job. So she kept coming around asking if I wanted a dance, as they do. I think maybe the first time I said maybe later, but I made it clear soon after that I wasn't up for it.
It's just not something I do. But she kept coming back and seemed to be getting pretty insistent that I buy a dance. It's getting a little weird. So I come back from the washroom at one point and my phone is gone. My buddy tells me she took it. I go chat to her and she says I'm not getting it back unless I pay for a dance and she put it down her panties.
Then she says unless I give her money she's going to call home in my phone and talk to whoever answers. So I went to get the manager and she finally handed it back. Anyways, I'm not posting this to complain about the 5. I've been back since. Was just a funny story, although a little annoying at the time. Jean Claude Van Damne got his ass kicked there in the 90's Back then stories would get told and then retold with different details. Today we call those stories 'alternative facts'.
