I know that this is probably a fruitless search, but does anybody have any current info. Last week I visited Tartu and it was comparable difficult to find action. There was lots of goodlooking chicks, but it's not easy to start conversation with them. If they start it, you will surely have a change. Most of them speak fluent English because they are usually students. In the evening I was drinkingi in a estonian-style beerbar and I was quite a drunk. I was talking with a local guy and I asked if there is any action.
He told me that some students are doing part-time job as freelancers. He also said that he could arrange something if I want.. I refused because the guy looked like mafiadealer.
In the other bar, I was even more drunk so I went directly to speak with 3 chicks sitting in a corner table. They were all 8's and one of them very close to 9. I think they did't take me seriously in the beginning because I was drunk, After one hour chatting and paying 3 very cheap drinks , one of them left.
I continued with the others. They said that they know some good place. We walked there, but that was closed. So I had good change to ask if they wanna come to my hotel, because there is lots of beer-cans and bottle of absolut vodka. They said it's good idea and we took a taxi. In the hotel we drank some more vodka and the other girl was SO drunk that she couldn't stand anymore.
