Our 10th anniversary was ruined! Stay away from these garbage cans! Look at pictures i took at a "luxurious suite"! Looks like a very cheap room in the basement. Even a cheapest prostitute wouldn't enter that place! Location is stunning, with great views from upper rooms. The rooms are good sized but poor. Sofa is torn and dirty, general level of finish is poor. Level of cleanliness very poor.
Why equip a room with fridge and hob etc, yet provide not even basic plates etc? Communal areas again a poor level of cleanliness. Pool area is disgusting, particularly the toilet facilities. The pool itself is small and would be adequate for guests. Unfortunately the hotel is flooded on a daily basis with day guests.
These bring their own food and drinks and scatter rubbish everywhere. No attempt to pick any if it up by either of the lifeguards or towel boy who are clearly too busy on their phones or talking to friends.
Breakfast is a big no no. Everything either under or over cooked. Staff again not interested. This place needs a manager badly, somebody with international hotel experience and an understanding of how to run a hotel of this size. For somewhere that advertises as "luxurious suites hotel" it's miles off the mark. The amazing view didn't help when we found that the bed had filthy stained sheets with hair all over the sheets and blanket.
Chocolate was on the curtains and handle of the bathroom. Someone forgot to clean the suite before we came. The bedding was changed it was 1 A. They promised that the manager would call. That was almost 2 months ago. I complained to Hotels. That was almost a week ago.
